Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is the use of specially crafted sounds/vibrations as tools to facilitate the balancing and fine tuning of the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.  Participants are brought into a deep state of relaxation, calming the nervous system and downshifting brainwave activity.  A process called entrainment causes one object to synchronize vibrationally with another, and this is a major component to the power of sound therapy.  

Sound Therapy is beneficial to those experiencing anxiety, stress, PTSD, sleep disorders, depression, and general aches and pains.
